On 1 October 2015, SimBIOsi Pizza Biologica opens in via dei Ginori 56R. One year later and two house numbers further on, our second local SimBIOsi Organic Pasta also opens. Continuing and turning the corner into via Guelfa, you will find our Simbiosi Organic Cafè and Bistrot, specialized in Specialty Coffee.

Our kitchen wants to promote organic farming and the natural fertility of the soil, excluding the use of synthetic products and GMOs. This allows us to find a balance between man and nature and guarantee our customers excellent quality of the products used. So that everything is in SimBIOsi!
